Researchers, check out the new NIAID Data Ecosystem Discovery Portal. You can use it to search across millions of public datasets to find infectious and immune-mediated disease (IID) data for reuse and reanalysis. The data you find through the portal can help accelerate your research, leading to faster development of diagnostics, therapeutics, and vaccines.
As detailed on the About page, the NIAID Data Ecosystem Discovery Portal supports searches across IID and generalist repositories, allowing you to quickly discover new datasets and bring additional data dimensions into your analyses. You can also track research data across funding programs or specific scientific areas.

- Find details on the Portal’s Repositories and Data Sources or use GitHub to Suggest a New Source.

The Portal itself is free and requires no registration, but some data providers may require additional steps to access data. The Discovery Portal includes filters for data access level in addition to other metadata. For any data you reuse, you should always cite the original source.
