Biography

Dr. Pérez Rodríguez’s research focuses on understanding immunological markers, metabolic states and mechanisms that allow HIV to persist in HIV-positive individuals undergoing antiretroviral therapy by performing single-copy sequence analysis, virus phylogenetic studies and high-throughput gene expression analysis of HIV-positive individuals.
