Biography

Dr. Moysi is an immunologist and geneticist with experience in the study of immune responses in humans and non-human primates (NHP). Her research focuses on the study of lymphoid tissues and how their microanatomy and associated immune dynamics change during chronic infection or vaccination to produce specific outcomes such as the development of neutralizing antibodies. To dissect these dynamics, she uses a combination of multiparameter flow cytometry, multiplexed confocal imaging and single-cell transcriptomics.
