Biography

Dr. Azza Idris is a physician scientist trained as an immunologist and pediatric infectious disease specialist with interests in discovery science and translational research.  As the head of the Malaria Unit, Dr. Idris leads efforts on discovery, development and evaluation of antibodies and vaccines against malaria.  She also supports the advancement of candidate therapeutics through preclinical trials.
