Yes. As with any Multiple Principal Investigators application, you should justify your rationale for the approach, e.g., how taking a multidisciplinary approach will accomplish more and have a higher impact than a single PI approach could.

Take note that your Leadership Plan should outline the governance and organizational structure of the research project, including communication plans and procedures for resolving conflicts.
