As NIAID Director Dr. Jeanne Marrazzo observes in The HIV Field Needs Early-Stage Investigators, NIAID believes “The next generation of leaders will bring [new frontiers of HIV research] to fruition, and we need to welcome and support them into the complex and competitive field of HIV science.”
