Data Science Across NIAID
Researchers across NIAID use data science to accelerate and advance our understanding, treatment, and prevention of infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases. Learn more about how data science, bioinformatics, computational biology, and other related methods are fueling new discoveries across NIAID's intramural and extramural organizations.
Office of Data Science and Emerging Technologies
The Office of Data Science and Emerging Technologies (ODSET) coordinates the development and implementation of NIAID’s data science strategy across the Intramural and Extramural Divisions. The overall goal of the office is to enable the efficient use of data and computational methods to better understand, treat, and ultimately prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases.
