Join the Immunology Interest group (IIG) Annual Retreat!
All NIH and FDA immunologists are invited to join this annual event. Editors from scientific journals are invited to attend alongside Principal Investigators, staff scientists, and trainees across institutes and centers. The IIG workshop is a vital part of the immunology community that provides an organized forum allowing immunologists from distinct intramural institutes to meet, share scientific expertise, and establish collaborations. The annual workshop helps maintain a strong sense of identity within the NIH and FDA immunology community. We hope to have everyone in the NIH and FDA communities participate!
Our gurus this year will be Dr. Shannon Turley from Genentech and Dr. Christoph Benoist from Harvard. This year will include a special session devoted to the contributions of Howard Young to the IIG, the NIH, and the broader scientific community.
Note: The IIG workshop is always over-subscribed, thus, trainees who submit an abstract are given priority. Most of the oral and poster presentations are given by trainees and thus serves as an important training opportunity. See abstract submission information below.
